Problem Importing Oracle VM Template using VM Manager

  I am trying to learn Oracle VM.  I have successfully installed VM Server 2.2.1 and VM Manager 2.2.0 in my small lab environment, have created a server pool and am trying to import a template.  When trying to import a virtual machine image or template I get stumped at the step to select the virtual machine image or template.  Nothing is listed.  I have downloaded the OVM_EL5U2_X86_64_ORACLE10G_PVM template to the VM Server and have unzipped it (ZIP) and uncrompressed it (TAR) and have it in the /OVS/seed_pool and /OVS/running_pool directories. The contents of /OVS/*_pool is Ora10gR2TemplateV15512-01.zip, OVM_EL5U2_X86_64_ORACLE10G_PVM.tgz and directory OVM_EL5U2_X86_64_ORACLE10G_PVM .  OVM_EL5U2_X86_64_ORACLE10G_PVM contains oracle10g_x86_64_asm.img, README, System.img and vm.cfg. What am I
