Handling One time address in Order management

Hi

Has anyone had a requirement  to handle One time address in Order management.. Here is a scenario

1. Home Depot place the Order with the Client

2. They mention in the Order that it's a Residential Delivery to an End customer and they give the Address information as well

3. Client doesn't want to create that address as a "Ship_to" for Home depot as it's going to be One time.. The volume is 2000-3000 such orders with different addresses

Question :  Which is the best Usage that will work in CRM Quoting, Order Management, Shipping, Installed Base and AR ?

Will "End customer" supports this Scenario where in we can manage all the One time address under ONE dummy End Customer account ?
