Upgrade from 11.5.10 to 12.13.3- Memory Requirements by ASCP Plan

 Has anyone had an issue with memory requirements by the plan after upgrade from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3? We are an ECC plan.

I saw one Note on Metalink, where it was mentioned that the memory requirements in R12 are 25 to 40% more as compared to 11.5.9. But could not find any in upgrade advisors or other R12 official Notes from Oracle. Wanted to check if anyone else has faced this issue?
