Interconnect Network Operator fields

Hello all,

In interconnect rating configuration of a network operator there are fields PLMNid, Carrier Access Code and Carrier Identification Code. My questions are as follows:

1.       In case of fixed operators where PLMNid does not exist, what would be the recommended value for such a field?Just a dummy unique value?

2.       In which EDR fields Carrier Access Code and Carrier Identification Code are mapped? My mediation system can supply either so how can I map this to some internal BRM identifier so as to facilitate network operator identification?
