Can I split line in PO. We want to Close all Due Qty i.e Ordered Qty - Received - Intransit Qty

 We need to Close all Due Qty, but since PO Control can be set at Header and Shipment level, how can I do achive this..?
Can I split a Line in PO ??? I want to Close all due Qty i.e. Ordered Qty - Received - Intransit Qty

Need to close Due Qty, but need to split the Line as want to close only the Due Qty and not affect Receiving of Intransit Qty.
