SLA - Journal Line Definition -- unable to find Account derivation rules defined with Custom sources

in Channel Revenue Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

To meet our requirements we planned to use custom sources.

Defined PL/SQL function to derive account segment values 

Defined Custom sources using above PL/SQL function

Defined Account derivation rules using custom source 

While defining the Journal line definition, unable to find above Account derivation rule in the list of values.

Please suggest how to troubleshoot this issue.
