Oracle Teleservice and using Universal Work Queue to close SR Tasks

The business is using Oracle Teleservice 11.5.10 and are planning to use UWQ as part of the process of actioning and then closing of Tasks created within Oracle Teleservice by call centre agents.

As "Service Request Auto Closure" functionality is going to be utilised, there is a need to de-select the Restrict Closure flag on the Task when closing the Task. This process works fine when working in the Service Request Workbench/Tasks sub-tab.

As some other functional groups will be given access to UWQ to progress their tasks, there is  a need to include the Restrict closure flag on the "Close Action" of the Tasks action pane.
