Clearing the JDBJ web cache

 Hi All,

recently we are facing a problem, when i update any user security using security workbench or disable or enable any menu for any role after that i need to clear the web cache. when i clear the JDBJ web cache like security and menu cache" from server manager after some time users are getting timeout and webexception errors and the HTML webserver no more available. when i check on the serve manger its showing "EnterpriseOne HTML Server Undetermined" for PD only and i cannot stop and start but PY works fine. i dont know why it is doing problem this is normal way to clear the cache.
