how best we can compare the patchset information between two environments

  Hi,
How best we can compare the patchset information between two environments???
Ideally, we can download all the patchset information into Excel to easily compare a range of environments.
 
I am not sure of the best method to get this info into Excel - is there a std report - or will it be a SQL select statement written by technical people.
Any ideas?
