Is there a way to identify number of insert/update/delete happened on one particular table over a pe

Hi,

I got a situation to identify the count of insert/update/delete happened on a particular table over a period of time or after it was created. we got no auditing enabled on this table and there are no triggers in place which could have maintained this counter. Any help will be really helpful.
