Unable to connect to OEM

I keep having problems with OEM.  Last week I could not connect for an unknown reason, opened SR and was directed to recreated the DBConsole manually.  This worked up until this weekend.  I come into the office today and attempt to connect to the db using OEM and i get the message: 'Authentication failed!null Authentication failed!null'. 

After soem research it looks like this error is a result of the listener shutdown.  Not in my case.  Oddly, I have two listener services  1. OracleOraDb10g_home1TNSListener and 2. OracleOraDb10g_home1TNSListenerLISTENER1.  #1 was running and #2 was not.  I stopped #1 and started #2.  Via OEM i now get a message stating agent connection to instance and shows the instance online.  I also get the message '
