Price Breaks using Blanket PO load tool

We are using the "Import Price Catalogs" program to update Price Breaks on our Blanket Agreement.
We use the Price Breaks in a slightly different manner. Instead of using Price Breaks with Quantity discounts, we simply use the Price Breaks for price changes with a start and end date. So if the first line in the Price Break screen is currently active, then we would like to end date it with SYSDATE and create a second line with an Effective Price Break Date of tomorrow and leave the Price Break Expiration Date on the second line as NULL.
