Installing Weblogic application server

 Greetings:

we're upgrading from JDE XE to E900, and we're trying to implement Oracle weblogic as our application server, since we have lot of performance issues on the currently installed IBM websphere, we're new in the knowledge in this field (WebLogic), I need to know the exact HW requirement for about 300 users, and need to know the full topolgy or architecture requirements for the whole solution including Load balancing and fail over capabilities, I know that Oracle weblogic enterprise edition supports clustering and failover, but i need more information regarding the HW specs and SW as well.
