Unidentified Receipt with reserved status

Dear,

I have submitted unapplied receipt register report, i got an  unidentified reversed receipt.   is that fine to appear in this report ?  (I thing Reversed Unidentified Reeceipt must not appear in such report ). anybody have an idea.
