Account - Contact (Addition/Removal) Task Creation

Hi All,

  I have a requirement where I need to create a task when ever a contact is addded/removed to a client. I tried to do this using the workflow option and thought of using CONTACT- AFTER ASSOCIATION WITH PARENT - CLIENT. This trigger does not have the option of creating tasks.

When I read through the help file came across the object ACCOUNT CONTACT as one trigger event in workflow. This had an option of creating tasks. I created a workflow using this object ACCOUNT CONTACT & trigger as "When New Record Saved".

Now when I associate a new contact to a client task is getting triggered but the task does not display the ACCOUNT NAME. The field is blank.
