GMS Installment reports
We enter the details of the quarterly, annual reports to be submitted on the awards in the reports tab on the award screen and all the details entered there automatically get populated on the reports in the installment/ award main screen. These details are then updated under the installment when they are filed with data for the "date filed" , "filed by" "no of copies".
The issue we are having is, whenever the installment end date gets changed, there is a pop up message which says "Installment reports exist, changing the date may make the report due date inaccurate, please regenerate the reports by deleting all the reports for this installment and then press the report button". - If we do this step - then all the data for the "date filed", "filed by" and "no of copies" get deleted.
