XML Publisher Report Bursting Program

I recently setup a bursting control file, for a specific concurrent program.  When I run the process for the concurrent program Customer Open Balance Letter in XML it completes successfully.  When I proceed to run the XML Publisher Report Bursting Program, this is where I encounter the error "Error!! Could not deliver the output for Delivery channel:null . Please check the Log for error details..  " when I view the output.  Nothing appears in the log file to indicate an error?
