Who is using an external recruitment system (Taleo, etc) and interfacing with JD Edwards HR

I am working with a client who is considering utilizing a 3rd party recruitment system (i.e. Taleo or other).  They are currently using Position Control, Requisitions, and Applicant Tracking in JDE.  I thought I'd check to see what other JDE shops are utilizing an external recruitment system, interfaces required, and potential complexities in achieving this.  Thanks in advance for anyone willing to share their experiences with this.
