Changing the default browser

 Greetings:

I've installed FAT machine E900, and when running the local web menu, it opens with Internet explorer, I've installed the Mozilla firefox, and make it my default browser, but still the local web opens with windows internet explorer, how can I make it open with Mozilla firefox? this issue with the standalone installations as well.
