Want to change the subject of requisition approval message

 Is it possible to change the subject of requisition approval message by adding 'VENDOR DISPLAY NAME'

Internal Message Name is
PO_REQ_APPROVE_JRAD

We have tried to change the subject of the said message name by adding '&VENDOR_DISPLAY_NAME' but still not able to populate the supplier name refered in requisition.
