Licence Considerations When Collecting System, Fixed and Dictionary Stats

Are there any gotchas that I need to be aware of when collecting system, dictionary and fixed object stats, given that our company does not licence any of the additional EM packs?

The only thing of which I'm aware is that I should keep statistics level = BASIC.

Have had a good dig around on metalink and in this community but not found anything concrete.
