Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. are following note 1173697.1 regarding EMEA Diagnostics but after select of European Localizations the group Setup and Data is not available

Click button Select Application and select Application " European Localizations "
Scroll down to group " Setup and Data "
