500 Internal Server Error - when viewing a report

Hi Folks, For some reason after logging in and going to Reports>Report Name>View  we get a popup with the error " 500 Internal Server Error"

This is starting using the standard cmd file. The report comes up fine in the console window .. just every time get this terrible pop-up error.

Can anyone suggest a way to get rid of this thing ?
