All select queries giving ORA-01114: IO error ,HP-UX Error: 28: No space left on device

 In one of our 10.2.0.2.0 database. Users are complaining all select queries (even simple select) are giving ""ORA-01114: IO error ,HP-UX Error: 28: No space left on device"" error.
One of the mount point which are having TEMP files is 100% full. No tempfile is created with autoextensible yes option.
How to get rid of this error?
