metaDB replica fault

Hello Team,

Replica fault error messages are seen in our system. We are using SF6900 system with SVM 2.x. 

Our high end support has provided the solution to solve this issue.

root@p6n1# metadb -s redo1dg -i
flags first blk block count
R a m luo r 16 32768 /dev/did/dsk/d21s7
a luo r 16 32768 /dev/did/dsk/d12s7

But could you please explain me about replica pieces and it's significance/importance? 

What would happen if both replica's have read errors?
