Not able to open Service Contracts for update using HTML version

As in the Service Contracts module (R12.1.3) there is provision to view the contract data in HTML page and system allows to open the contract as well but contract gets opened for update only in the Oracle Form version.

As compare to Core Contract (using workbench) system allows to update the contract in HTML itself. Our users wants to view and update through HTML format but unfortunately we are not able to provide any resolution.

Will appreciate if get any pointers..
