asr activate_asset for ILOM?

i understand that we need to run this command on my ASR manager to activate the asset (for FMA): "asr activate_asset < IP address of the FMA which is running on Solaris OS >"

However, do i need to run "asr activate_asset < IP address of the server's ILOM interface >" ??

And when i did run the command, i'll get this error:

Unable to contact Service Tags on asset xxx.x.xxx.xx
Please check if Service Tags is installed, running, and network accessible.
