Reg: ASL Setup

This is just a generic question to understand what other customers of Oracle are doing, when setting up ASLs.

Situation:

We have locals ASLs and we need to define the supplier capacity calendar on them. It seems the supplier capacity calendar defined on the ASLs work only when the ASLs are defined Global in the Purchasing OUs, with local ASL attributes. However when we define the ASLs as 'Global' then we have problems with VMI as collaborative planning considers the item to be replenished across all the inventory orgs where the item is MRP planned. Hence due to VMI issues we cannot define it 'Global', but we want to use supplier capacity planning at inventory org level.
