Global DFF not populated after Patches 9019542 and 9107556

 Hi

My project is in Netherlands. We are on 11.5.10.2 (11i instance).We applied patch numbers-9019542 and 9107556  in test enviornment. As per White Paper of Oracle Financials Release 11.5.10 Set up  for 2010 EU VAT Package, Tax Date shall be populated as Global Descriptive Flexfiled (GDF) on Transcation Information Flexfiled. But in our instance, this GDF is not available on Transcation Information Flexfiled. Do we need to do some extra set up ? Please advice  ASAP. Best Regards-Soham
