Not able to implement the Page break independent of the column data in HTML

I am not able to implement the page break  independent of the column data  in BI Publisher HTML report display.
In the BI publisher documents i have found that the page break is implemented based on either a certain value  of the data column fetched by a query or for every new column value a page break is implemented.I want to implement page break in HTML view (not in PDF view) for a ceratin no of rows suppose forevery 100 rows there will be a page break.
User want to see the page break in each report which generates large no of rows.
