ORA-12514 when trying to access Database information via Enterprise Manager

Hello,

I have installed Enterprise Manager Grid Control 11gR1 on one server and deploying agents on remote hosts via Enterprise Manager.

I have installed agent on one node which is part of a cluster and the installation of agent was successful. Also, the database was registered & configured successfully.

When I try to access the Database information such as Performance, Tablespaces etc. via Enterprise Manager, it asks for a username & password and after providing the information, I'm getting below error:

"Database Error

  Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12514, TNS: listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor".
