PN:Workflow on Lease Standrad form of r12.1.3

We are upgrading from 11.5.10 11i PN.M to 12.1.3 .

Can we implement workflow to track each and every activity happening with third party or direct lease. Starting from lease abstraction , lease amendment , lease edit , lease approval etc.  with the  use of workflow we want to keep limited control on each transaction and would like to send approval notification whenever such activity will take place.

 I know this is not available with  11i
