Add a field from XML file on the template - the display has a fixed format to be displayed.

 How to add a field on the template - it is the RTF template. We need to have a fixed size of of the body section on the template. So I have created a image of the page, how it should look when displayed in PDF. It does not allow to insert fields on it.

Any suggestions?
