sales order header close

 Hello

1)When i ship the sales order and run interface,but sales order header is still in booked status while sales order line status closed,how sales order header status will b closed after interface?i think its workflow sheduling activity but dont know the exact,please provide me the steps?

2)how can i know that the  transaction of sales order is created or not?is there any report which is showing the pending sales order for creating transactions?
