Incorrect Operating Unit when Ownership Is Transferred using Installed Base

 Hello,

We have several Operating Units on one of our R12 environments. We are planning to implement this 12.1.3 instance in August. We have run into a use case in which we are Transferring the Owner of Instances and Service Contract behavior is peculiar. Not that it is incorrect, but it does cause some concern and questions. I want to make sure the functionality is what is expected and if there are ways to address it without manually Terminate existing contract and Creating new.

Use Case:

Order for Swiss Operating Unit is placed, product interfaces to IB and Service Contract for Swiss OU is created.
