Not getting discount as well as surcharge applied together on order line due to in-compatibility.How

 Hi All,

I have a reqmt wherein the discount as well as the surcharge needs to be applied together on the order line. However there is in-compatibility setup between the two and discount is having lesser precedence . So discount is getting applied on the order line . But applying manual surcharge is a tedious tasks as users can also forget and he/she needs to apply it one-by-one on all lines which is not feasible. Incompatibility needs to be there.

So need your help to break this logjam.
