10gR2 Forms/Reports - JVM pegs 100% CPU - log files?
Greetings:
We've got a 10gR2 Forms and Reports Services Standalone server, 10.1.2.3.0, with four JVMs configured in the OC4J_BI_Forms container to handle/share the load.
On occasion, one of the JVM sessions will peg the CPU at 100% and it won't go back down (users connected through this JVM complain about response times, naturally). We usually end up killing the process at the linux command line and OPMN will start another one eventually. However, that basically disconnects, forcefully, the 150 to 200 remote users connected through that JVM, so we really hate having to do this.
We've added '-Xmx512M -Xms128M' to the Java Options a long time ago.
