Data pump import error on 11.2

I've installed a new Enterprise DB (v 11.2.0.1.0)   on CentOS, and went to import schema from our older ES (11.1 on SLES).
When I try to use the impdp utility I get the following errors:

[oracle@pharmacopeia exports]$ /home/oracle/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/bin/impdp people/<passwd> PARFILE=/home/oracle/exports/people.parm

Import: Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production on Thu Jun 9 16:11:27 2011
