Question on RMAN "Retention Policy Redundancy 1"

Hi,

How does RMAN handles the "RETENTION POLICY to REDUNDANCY " setup?
Let us suppose we set RETENTION POLICY to REDUNDANCY 1 and set the BACKUP TYPE to backup set and set the backup destination to +FRA


On SATURDAY night at 10:00 PM, we make a RMAN full backup
On SUNDAY night, at 10:00 PM, we again make a full RMAN backup

Now, after SUNDAY night backup, how many copies will be there in +FRA?.
Would RMAN make the SATURDAY night backup "OBSOLETE" or "EXPIRED" after successfully completing SUNDAY night backup? or would it automatically DELETE the SAT night backup?
