Shipping Execution - EBS (MOSC)

Shipped in shipping transaction, ultimate ship to is null

Dear all,
I have a problem about the shipping transaction,  I have a So line which is closed, and ship confirmed, the shipping transaction line is still shipped, run interfaces, with the ultimate ship to, ship to, delivery to are null, and the AR interface has the records, inventory quantity is not reduced, how can I resolve the problem? Thanks
