Lifetime Support time periods for Siebel CRM 8.1 - extended

 In support of Oracle's commitment to Applications Unlimited and Siebel's strategy of delivering continual innovation, today we are announcing the Lifetime Support time periods for Siebel CRM 8.1 have been extended.  
Siebel's practice of delivering incremental innovation directly on primary code lines has led to customers' desire to remain on these stable product bases for extended periods of time.  Therefore we are extending the CRM 8.1 product support time periods as follows:
.    Siebel CRM 8.1x Premier Support expires Nov 2016 - 3 year extension
.    Siebel CRM 8.1x Extended Support expires Nov 2019 - 3 year extension
.    Siebel CRM 8.1x Sustaining Support period remains Indefinite per Applications Unlimited policy
