Import party info from external source

Hi I'm trying to populate TCA tables with external sources parties data.
As data are coming from an ETL tool they're stored into a ETL schema created on same Production EBS instance (11.5.10 HZ.N).
It is important I can trace Source records (I have that info on custom tables)

What is the best way to import those records from custom tables?
Bullk import, TCA Api, what else?

Does anyone experienced same approach?
