In address book in the F0116 ADDADDS State How are you populatin the State/divisions/Providences for

 When setting up the UDC code 00/S for mutiple coutnries how do you conform and deal with the cases where there are mulitple states/Provid/Div. with the same code set by the ISO3166-2 for different countries but the description is differnet

For example
