Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi guy.

need urgent help.

We have oracle e-business R12 running RDBM 10.2.0.4

E-business version is 12.0.6

current We are in the process upgrade oracle application server 10.1.3.0.0. to 10.13.5.0

during the install patchset (8626084) based on note: 454811.1.. we got

OPMN is failing to start. OPMN must be started in order to correctly install and configure the patchset Can someone face this issue before???
