FSGs in R12: Content Sets pulling reports for inactive segments

Hello,

 

Has anyone else experienced FSGs reporting inactive cost centers when using a Content Set in R12?  This wasn't an issue in 11i, but we're seeing 3000+ page reports in R12 (that used to be 20 pages) because it is now reporting on cost centers that have no activity. 

 

We found FAQ FSG Functional FAQ [ID 108236.1] that states the following:

26. I'm using a Content Set with a range of cost centers. There are some inactive cost centers within that range. How can I suppress the creation or printing of the reports for those inactive cost centers, or for disabled or inactive accounts?
