New Custom Environment Database setup

Hi All

I want to create New custom environment using environment director application, it is mentioned in document that i need to run the database script on server but i couldn't found that scripts files "Z:\JDEdwards\E900\MSSQL\scripts". i want to create new database manually on database server for custom environment, i can create database but i want to know the assigning permissions to JDE user and others etc.., can anyone please tell me what are the steps.

we are using JDE E1 8.12/8.98.3.4 and SQL Server 2008 R2
