Error in Loging BIP.

 Hi all,

When i logged in BI publisher, am getting following error.

oracle.apps.xdo.servlet.resources.ResourceNot FoundException: $ {oracle.home}/xdo/repository/Admin/Security/principals.xml.

Kindly help me in resolving this issue.
