Does BI publisher generate OFX or QIF output formats?

 Hi,

We have NetSuite application and it requires OFX or QIF output format. If we want to integrate it with BI publisher, Its not accepting excell formats. Does BI publisher generates OFX or QIF formats? Please advise.
