distribution lines not pulled through to the purchase order.

Good Day All,

I would like some advice on how to best take on this problem.

My procurement process is as follows,

Requisition -> RFQ -> Quotation -> Standard Purchase Order. 

Within this procurement process my problems are as follows.

Prob 1 :

When I update the Prices on my quotation lines it does not automatically update the shipment line on the quotation.

Expectation: I would expect that if I update my price on the quotation line, it will update the shipment line as well automatically. 

Prob 2 : 

My purchase order distributions are not defaulting from the original document been the requisition.

Expectation: Purchase order distribution should be the same as that of the original document been the requisition.
