Does BI Publisher generte files in QIF or OFX format?

 We have requirements to generate files from our Oracle Treasury application in QIF or OFX format. currently, we are generating reports using BI Publisher in excecl and PDF. We would like to know If we can generate same files in QIF or OFX format.

Currently, we have go to convertor process in order to convert our excel file to QIF. This is a manual process and we hve around 600 files that we need to convert.

I was wonder If any of you know If this can be done via Oracle Bi Publisher or If not what is other alternatives.
